Package 01 · Rental & fleet

The foundation for a fleet in full control.

A module fleet is a significant capital asset, yet in many operations the information about it sits scattered across spreadsheets, folders and phone calls. Fleet Inventory is the starting point: the existing fleet is registered in Verida and every module gets a unique ID that all information is gathered against.

01 The challenge

Today the fleet is run from memory.

Where is the module right now, and in what condition?
Is it available for the next project, or does it need attention first?
What has been done before, and who carries responsibility?
What share of the fleet is actually available for lease?
02 What's included

Every module gets a unique ID. All data is gathered against it.

A one-off process in which the existing fleet is registered in Verida. The result is a complete, structured module register with documented condition per module ID.

Module register

Unique IDs and a structured inventory of the entire fleet.

Technical data

Specifications, dimensions and component data per module type.

Condition and records

Photo-documented condition and inspection points per module ID.

History

Quality approvals, certification and operating history tied to the record.

Classification

Automatic status assignment based on inspection points.

03 The value

From guesswork to fact-based fleet management.

Once every module is in the system, the fleet becomes measurable. Management gets a fact-based basis for the decisions that drive return on capital, and the documented condition creates a clear baseline ahead of every hire.

  • Real-time status per module: on hire, at depot, under refurbishment or ready
  • Utilisation and depot fill rate, broken down by product group and region
  • A documented baseline that gives clear allocation of responsibility at return
  • A management overview with real-time KPIs instead of after-the-fact reports

An idle module is tied-up capital. Now it is visible.

04 Part of a whole

A closed loop, tied to the module ID.

Each package builds on the module ID from the one before. Together they form a closed loop, from first registration to operation and back to the depot.
